Social Media Coordinator (Temporary, Full-Time)

Location: Rockville, MD - HYBRID ROLE

Pay Rate: $25-$28 per hour

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our client's team on a full-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms using Hootsuite.
  • Create engaging posts that align with brand voice and strategy.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and track engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Assist with website content updates and maintenance (experience with CMS is a plus).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
  • Proficiency in Hootsuite is required.
  • Familiarity with Canva for content creation is a plus.
  • Experience with website content management systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • College degree preferred.
